Resounding Breathwork
Guided breathwork sessions for leaders and professionals who carry a lot and need a real place to set it down
What This Is
Resounding Breathwork is a guided group practice built on a simple instruction:
breathe deeper, breathe faster, and let your body do what it already knows how to do.
Each session moves through two phases.
In the active phase, you breathe to curated music, voice and drums chosen to support the natural arc of the experience, from settling in, through deepening engagement, to full expression.
In the integrative phase, the music and the breath slow together, giving your system time to absorb what moved.
The sessions are structured, the facilitation is skilled, and the space is held with care. What happens inside that space is yours.
Why Breathwork
If you are someone who holds a lot for others, you know the pattern:
You stay steady, you stay available, and somewhere along the way your own nervous system stops getting what it needs.
Sleep gets shallow.
The mind stays busy even when the day is done.
The body carries tension it has no occasion to release.
Breathwork works at the level of the nervous system rather than the thinking mind.
It does not ask you to figure anything out. It creates conditions, through rhythm, music, and supported breathing, where your body can regulate itself. Some sessions are quiet and grounding. Some open something unexpected.
The practice meets you where you are.
Your Facilitator:
Dr. Michael D. Madera
I have spent more than twenty years working with leaders, family enterprises, and individuals navigating complex transitions. My background spans psychology, executive coaching, Internal Family Systems, family constellations, and somatic approaches to healing and growth.
Breathwork became central to my work because I kept seeing the same thing: people who were thoughtful, self-aware, and doing all the right things still carrying tension their thinking minds could not reach. The breath reaches it.
I guide sessions with a light hand. Everything I offer is an invitation you can accept or decline. My job is to hold the space, support you if something big moves, and trust your inner wisdom to lead.
What you'll experience in this session
-
Each session runs 90-120 minutes and follows a consistent structure:
-
a continuous rhythmic breathing pattern, mouth open, belly leading, that quiets the analytical mind and allows the body's own intelligence to come forward.
-
Voice and drums, among the oldest instruments humans have used to access deeper states. The music is selected to carry the arc of the session: settling, deepening, full expression, and return.
-
offered as invitations, never requirements, to create moments of stillness and depth within the active breathing.
-
after each session, you receive simple prompts and practices to help your body absorb the experience over the following days. Integration is not an add-on. It is part of how this work lands.
-
Michael is present for the full session, guiding the arc and available if you need individual support at any point.

Reset your system.
Reclaim your clarity.
Modern life keeps your nervous system running on overdrive, especially when you’re carrying leadership responsibilities, emotional weight, or the pressure to “hold everything together.”
This Breathwork Experience is designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your internal state, and reconnect with the part of you that feels steady, spacious, and deeply present.
It’s not about forcing calm.
It’s about giving your body the space to reset. So clarity, ease, and emotional capacity can rise naturally.
