Hi, I’m Michael
For more than two decades, I’ve supported leaders, family enterprises, and individuals who carry a lot on their shoulders. I’ve seen how often high performers show up for everyone else while suppressing their own internal needs.
Breathwork changed that for me and for the people I support.
My background spans psychology, executive coaching, Internal Family Systems, family constellations, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted coaching. As a registered Psychologist, I’ve trained with Harvard teaching institutions and collaborated with world-class facilitators in transformational retreats.
What I’ve learned is simple:
When your breath opens, your entire system opens.

Medical & Physical Conditions
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Cardiovascular disease or heart irregularities, including previous heart attack
History of strokes, seizures, TIAs, or other neurological conditions
Epilepsy
Serious osteoporosis where active movement could pose a risk
Detached retina or glaucoma
Pregnancy
Use of prescription blood-thinning medications (such as Coumadin)
Family history of aneurysms
Psychiatric Considerations
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
Hospitalization for a psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Other Concerns
Any medical, psychiatric, or physical condition that may limit your ability to safely engage in practices involving deep breathing, active movement, or emotional release
