The Knowing Field

A Closed Constellation Circle

Six months. One small group. January through June 2027

You have done a lot of your own work already. Years of it, most likely. You know your patterns,

you have language for them, and still there are places that do not move. A way you brace in your

family that you learned before you had words. A weight you carry that does not feel entirely like

yours. A loyalty you cannot quite name that shapes how you lead, how you love, how you hold

what you have been given.

Some of what runs us does not live in our own history. It lives in the family and the lineage we

came from, in the patterns handed down before we arrived. That kind of material rarely yields to

insight alone. It moves when it is seen, in a field of people willing to hold it with you.

That is what this circle is for.

What This Is

A closed group of six to eight people who commit to a six-month journey together. We meet once

a month for an afternoon. Over that time, we work with systemic family constellations, a method

that makes the invisible patterns of a family system visible and workable, so that what has been

stuck for a generation can begin to flow.

The group stays the same from start to finish. That is important. Deep work asks for a container

you can trust, and trust builds by returning to the same faces, month after month, until the

group becomes a field strong enough to hold and metabolize whatever needs to come through.

How the Journey Moves

We begin by preparing the ground. In the early months we get to know one another and

the terrain of our own lineages. You will map your family system and sense where you want to

turn your attention, not as an assignment, but as a way of noticing what is alive and asking to be

seen.

In the middle, we go inward together. A shared day of sacred meditation, held with sound,

music, and care, opens the deeper field. This experience is offered gently and at your own pace.

You hold the dial for your own depth, always. For those who prefer, quiet energy work is

available in place of the deeper journey. Either way, you are in the field with the group.

Then we do the work of integration. In the later months we use constellation work to take

up what the journey stirred, one person's system at a time, with the group lending its presence.

Between our gatherings, you will meet in pairs or small groups to stay connected and continue

the thread. Whether you are working your own material (each person has the option to receive a

constellation), standing in as a representative in someone else's, or simply witnessing, the

energy field we share gives something back to everyone in it.

Who Holds the Circle

This circle is guided by two seasoned facilitators who have walked this path themselves and

trained in the work they offer. Natalie brings a deep and current apprenticeship in systemic

family constellations, along with sound, singing bowls, and energy work that helps the field

settle and open. Michael brings more than two decades alongside individuals and families

navigating change, a lifelong love of playing and creating music, and training in systemic

constellations, Breathwork, Internal Family Systems, and the facilitation of non-ordinary states.

They are both licensed mental health practitioners, though here they facilitate, not treat, as this

circle is not therapy and does not operate under either license.

Between us, our intention is simple. To hold a space steady enough, and warm enough, that

what needs to show up can.

What You Might Carry Home

People come to this work for different reasons and leave with different gifts. We can speak to

what tends to happen when a small group goes deep together over time. Old patterns loosen

their grip. Burdens that were never yours to carry can be set down. You come to know a handful

of people in a way ordinary life rarely allows, and you are less alone with what you hold. And you

build the kind of inner steadiness that these times ask of all of us.

The Practical Shape

When: One afternoon a month, January through June 2027, 1pm to 5pm, in a location outside

of Boston.

January 10, February 7 (Ceremony Day), March 14, April 11, May 2, June 13

Who: A closed group of six to eight. This first circle is a pilot, offered at a pilot rate to those who

help us bring it to life.

Exchange: $475 per month, for a total contribution of $2850.

Includes the full Ceremony Day, five half day sessions, planned individual meetings with both

facilitators, snacks and refreshments during sessions, and coordination for dyad/triad

interactions, as needed.

How to know if it is for you: This is for people with some experience of inner work who are

ready to go deep with a small, committed group. It is not a class and not a retreat you drop into.

It is a shared journey. If that is what you are hungry for, you will likely have felt it as you read

this.

If something in you leaned forward while reading, let’s talk. Reach out to one of us and we will

set up a quiet conversation, just to feel whether this is right for you and answer whatever you

want to ask. No pressure either way.
